Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Economist services rendered in Kenya Nairobi as itemized above. All services were performed in full compliance with the Kenya Institute of Professional Accountants (KIPRA) ethical standards and the Code of Conduct for Economic Consultants.
2. The Economist reserves the right to intellectual property over all reports, analyses, and memoranda delivered under this Invoice. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for internal business purposes only.
3. All figures on this Invoice are denominated in Kenyan Shillings (KES). In the event of a material shift in the exchange rate between the date of this Invoice and the date of payment, the parties shall negotiate in good faith any adjustment, though the base currency remains KES.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya, before any litigation is commenced in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Kenya Nairobi as assessed by the Economist.
6. The client acknowledges that the Economist's analyses and forecasts are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of financial outcomes. The Economist shall not be held liable for business decisions made in reliance on the information provided.
