Payment Terms: Net 15 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the subscription agreement. All payments must be received by the Due Date stated above to avoid interruption of The Economist services.
Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Corporate Subscription Agreement (Ref: CSA-2025-MY-0091) between The Economist Group and Meridian Corporate Solutions Sdn. Bhd., registered in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
2. All digital access to The Economist platform is subject to the terms and conditions available at economist.com/terms. The subscription covers 25 named users and is non-transferable without prior written consent.
3. Print editions of The Economist will be dispatched from our London warehouse and delivered via DHL Express to the designated address in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Delivery is estimated within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
4. The EIU Malaysia & ASEAN Economic Outlook Report is a licensed document for internal corporate use only. Reproduction or distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited under the terms of this Invoice.
5. Sales and Service Tax (SST) at 6% has been applied in compliance with the Malaysian Sales and Service Tax Act 2018. The recipient is responsible for any additional import duties or taxes levied by Malaysian customs authorities upon delivery in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received within the stated Due Date, The Economist reserves the right to suspend digital access and halt further print deliveries until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
