Notes and Remarks
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. MIDA-AEC-2025-012) signed on 20 April 2025 between Atlas Economic Consulting Group and the Maroc Industrial Development Agency, both operating within the jurisdiction of Morocco, with primary service delivery located in Casablanca.
All economist services described herein were performed by Dr. Fatima Zahra Benali, a certified economist registered with the Moroccan National Order of Economists (Ordre National des Économistes du Maroc), License ECO-MA-2019-0042. The economist's professional judgment, analytical methodology, and economic modeling techniques comply with the standards set forth by the International Association for Applied Economics and the Moroccan regulatory framework governing economic consulting in Casablanca.
All figures are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). The VAT rate of 20% is applied in compliance with the Moroccan General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts). The 15% withholding tax on professional services is deducted at source as mandated by Moroccan fiscal law for services rendered by independent economists and consultants.
This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period of May 2025. Any additional economist consultations, supplementary economic analyses, or extended advisory engagements in Casablanca or elsewhere in Morocco will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written authorization from the client.
