Payment Currency: US Dollars (USD). The client in Russia Moscow may remit payment in equivalent Russian Rubles (RUB) at the prevailing Central Bank of Russia exchange rate on the date of transfer. All exchange rate differences shall be borne by the payer.
Payment Terms: Net 15 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under applicable commercial law. This Invoice must be settled in full by 30 June 2025 to avoid service interruption for the Russia Moscow delivery schedule.
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Economist publications, digital access, and associated services for the period 01 July 2025 through 31 December 2025. The subscription is non-transferable and is registered specifically for the named recipient in Russia Moscow.
2. All physical copies of The Economist and related publications will be dispatched from our London distribution centre and delivered to the specified address in Moscow, Russia, via an internationally licensed courier service. The recipient in Russia Moscow is responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees levied by the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
3. Digital access to The Economist platform, including the full archive and Economist Intelligence Unit databases, will be activated within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Access credentials will be sent to the registered email address associated with this Invoice.
4. The translation service described in Line Item 6 will be coordinated with our Moscow-based linguistic partners to ensure accuracy and adherence to Russian editorial standards. All translated materials will be delivered in both PDF and printed formats to the office in Russia Moscow.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of The Economist Group's international subscription agreement. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of London. However, the parties acknowledge the operational context of the Russia Moscow delivery and service provision.
6. Please retain this Invoice for your accounting and tax records. A duplicate copy may be requested from our billing department at any time by referencing Invoice number ECO-RU-2025-04872.
