Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This invoice is issued in accordance with the Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All amounts are denominated in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are subject to the standard 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by Saudi Arabian tax law.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement dated 1 January 2025.
- All Economist publications, digital subscriptions, and EIU reports referenced in this invoice are licensed for internal use by the Saudi Arabian Economic Forum and its affiliated entities within Jeddah and the broader Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Redistribution or resale of any Economist content is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.
- The custom research and advisory session (Line Item 3) will be conducted at the client's premises in Jeddah. Travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses for the Economist analyst team are included in the quoted price. Any additional days requested by the client will be billed at SAR 9,250 per day plus applicable VAT.
- Printed materials (Line Items 1 and 5) will be delivered via registered courier to the Jeddah address specified above. Delivery is expected within ten (10) business days of the invoice issue date. The client shall inspect all printed Economist materials upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within five (5) business days.
- This invoice constitutes a tax invoice as defined under the Saudi Arabian VAT Law. The client is entitled to claim input VAT credit on the 15% VAT amount shown, subject to compliance with ZATCA documentation requirements.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Jeddah.
