Invoice Terms & Conditions – Economist Services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial agreement between The Economist Group and Al-Riyadh Economic Research Institute, registered in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All services referenced in this Invoice pertain to Economist publications, data products, and research deliverables.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments on this Invoice will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Saudi Arabian commercial law.
3. All Economist digital subscriptions and data platform access listed in this Invoice are non-transferable and restricted to personnel physically located at the client's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Unauthorized sharing of Economist credentials will result in immediate suspension of service.
4. The Economist print edition delivery to Saudi Arabia Riyadh will be handled through approved international logistics partners. Delivery times to Riyadh may vary between 5 to 10 business days per monthly cycle. The client in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be notified via email of each shipment dispatch.
5. The Economist Intelligence Unit reports and custom research deliverables referenced in this Invoice are confidential and intended solely for the internal use of the client organization in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Redistribution, republication, or citation without written consent from The Economist Group is strictly prohibited.
6. This Invoice is subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia. The client's VAT registration number has been recorded on this Invoice for compliance purposes.
7. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Economist services agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) rules.
8. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein. A copy of this Invoice shall be retained by both parties for a minimum period of five (5) years as required by Saudi Arabian financial regulations.
