Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Subscription and Services Agreement dated 01 January 2025 between The Economist (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Meridian Corporate Holdings Pte Ltd, both registered in Singapore Singapore.
2. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable Singapore Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9% as mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Singapore Singapore law, whichever is lower.
4. The Economist print subscription and digital access are non-refundable once the first issue or access period has commenced. Cancellation of the EIU report or event passes must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled delivery or event date.
5. This Invoice constitutes a tax invoice as defined under the GST Act of Singapore Singapore. A duplicate copy may be requested from our billing department in Singapore Singapore within ninety (90) days of the original issue date.
6. All intellectual property, editorial content, data, and research materials provided under this Invoice remain the exclusive property of The Economist Group. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited under Singapore Singapore copyright law.
7. For any disputes or queries regarding this Invoice, please contact the undersigned within the Singapore Singapore jurisdiction. All matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore.
