4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Cape Town Division, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
5. This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of rates and applicable tax adjustments.
6. The economist services described herein were conducted in full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), No. 4 of 2013, and all data collected during fieldwork in Cape Town has been anonymised and stored in accordance with South African data protection regulations.
