Payment Terms & Instructions
Payment Due: Within 15 calendar days from the invoice date (by 30 June 2025).
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Nile Valley Economic Consultancy, Bank of Khartoum, Account No: 0044-7721-9935-1, SWIFT: BKRTSDKH.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in Sudanese Pounds (SDG). International payments may be settled in USD at the prevailing Bank of Sudan exchange rate on the date of transfer.
Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month will be applied to overdue balances in accordance with Sudanese commercial law.
Reference: Please quote Invoice No. NVEC-2025-0347 and Reference ECO-KRT-2025-Q2 on all remittances.

2. All economic analyses, forecasts, and advisory opinions provided under this engagement are prepared by a qualified and licensed economist operating within the jurisdiction of Sudan Khartoum. The findings are based on publicly available data, government statistics, and proprietary research methodologies.
3. The deliverables outlined in this invoice, including the Economic Impact Assessment Report and all policy briefs, remain the intellectual property of Nile Valley Economic Consultancy until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the materials for internal government purposes.
4. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional economist services rendered in Sudan Khartoum. It is not a quotation or estimate. All services have been completed and accepted by the client's designated representative prior to issuance.
5. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the Commercial Courts of Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the applicable Sudanese commercial and tax legislation.
6. VAT is applied at the standard rate of 10% as mandated by the National Revenue Authority of Sudan. This invoice is valid for tax deduction purposes when presented with the official receipt.
