This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account below. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Article 30).

Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all publication and digital access services related to The Economist provided to the client within the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan area for the specified service period. All content is licensed for institutional use only and may not be redistributed.
2. The Economist digital platform access is restricted to IP addresses registered within the Turkey Istanbul network range. Any access from outside this region will be flagged and may require additional authorization.
3. Printed copies of The Economist will be delivered to the specified Istanbul address every Thursday by 10:00 AM. In the event of a public holiday in Turkey, delivery will be rescheduled to the next business day.
4. All prices on this Invoice are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to the VAT rate of 20% as mandated by the Republic of Turkey. Should the VAT rate change during the service period, the applicable rate at the time of each delivery will be reflected in subsequent invoices.
5. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Turkish commercial law. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
6. The client acknowledges that The Economist is a registered trademark of The Economist Media and Events Limited, London. Meridian Publication Services Ltd. operates as the authorized regional distributor for Turkey Istanbul and does not own the intellectual property of The Economist publications.
