Terms & Conditions of this Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Meridian Editorial Solutions Ltd. for professional Editor services rendered to Kabul Publishing & Media House, located in Afghanistan Kabul. All Editor deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed and approved as of the issue date.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date stated on this Invoice.
- All Editor services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 1 January 2025 between the parties, specifically under the Afghanistan Kabul regional addendum.
- The Editor team retains all intellectual property rights to proprietary editing methodologies, templates, and quality frameworks used during the execution of services for this Invoice. The client retains full ownership of all edited content produced for Afghanistan Kabul projects.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in London, United Kingdom, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The governing law for this Invoice is the law of England and Wales.
- Should the client require additional Editor revisions beyond the scope defined in this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued at the standard hourly rates agreed upon in the MSA. No further Editor work will commence without written authorization referencing this Invoice number.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from Meridian Editorial Solutions Ltd. to confirm the outstanding balance for the Afghanistan Kabul engagement.
