Payment & Invoice Terms
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date stated above. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Sydney Editorial Studio Pty Ltd, Australia Sydney. Bank details: BSB 062-000, Account 1234 5678, ANZ Bank, Sydney NSW.
Overdue amounts on this Invoice will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Australian law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until the date of payment.
All Editor services described in this Invoice were performed in Australia Sydney in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the applicable New South Wales Fair Trading regulations. The Editor team adhered to the Australian Broadcasting Standards Board (ABSB) guidelines throughout the production process.
Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Failure to dispute within this period constitutes acceptance of the Invoice and all services rendered by the Editor team in Australia Sydney.
All intellectual property rights in the final edited materials transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Editor retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio and to reference the project in Australia Sydney industry publications, subject to a mutual non-disclosure agreement where applicable.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements for GST-registered entities operating in Australia Sydney. A tax invoice receipt can be provided upon request for the client's accounting records.
