This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment is due in Canadian Dollars (CAD) to the following account:

A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms outlined in our service agreement for Editor services rendered in Canada Montreal.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. All Editor services described in this Invoice were performed at our facility located in Canada Montreal, Quebec. The Editor, Jean-Pierre Tremblay, is a certified professional with over fifteen years of experience in documentary and corporate video production.
2. This Invoice covers all editorial work completed between April 1 and May 30, 2025. Any additional revisions requested beyond the three included review rounds will be invoiced separately at the standard Editor hourly rate of $145.00 CAD.
3. All source footage, project files, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Lumière Productions Ltd. upon full payment of this Invoice. Montreal Editorial Studio Inc. retains the right to display the final work in its portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Montreal. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Editor services shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Montreal before proceeding to litigation.
5. Please retain this Invoice for your tax records. The GST and QST amounts listed are applicable as per the current tax rates in Canada Montreal for the 2025 fiscal year. A duplicate Invoice may be requested by contacting our billing department.
6. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables and confirms satisfaction with the Editor's work as outlined in the project scope document (Ref: LPR-2025-ED-0034).
