All editorial services described herein were performed in accordance with the Editorial Services Agreement dated February 20, 2025, between the Editor and Pacific Northwest Publishing Group Inc.
The Editor warrants that all editorial work has been completed to the highest professional standard and in full compliance with the Canadian Copyright Act and applicable intellectual property legislation. All deliverables, including the edited manuscript, editorial report, and style sheet, have been transferred to the client in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats.
Please note that this Invoice is subject to the standard 30-day payment terms. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as stipulated under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia). The Editor reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future editorial engagements until this Invoice is settled in full.
All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of the Editor's professional expertise, editorial software licenses, and standard communication. Travel expenses, if any, are billed separately and are not included in this Invoice.
