Terms & Conditions

- Payment is due in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to: Bank of Kinshasa, Account No. 0045-8821-3376, SWIFT: BOKNCDKK. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under DR Congo commercial law.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Editor services shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the Kinshasa Chamber of Commerce.
- Intellectual property rights to all edited manuscripts, reports, and content remain with the client. Meridian Editorial Solutions retains no claim to the final Editor output.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current exchange rates and applicable DR Congo tax regulations will be issued.
- All on-site work in Kinshasa, DR Congo was conducted in compliance with local labor regulations, and the Editor team members held valid work permits issued by the DR Congo Ministry of Labor.
