Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Alexandria Editorial Solutions Ltd., National Bank of Egypt, Branch: El-Montaza, Egypt Alexandria. Account No.: 012-445-778-990-1. Please reference Invoice No. AES-2025-04871 in all correspondence and remittances. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all editorial services rendered by the assigned Editor team under Contract MPH-EDT-2025-034. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the scope described herein unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
