Notes & Terms
This Invoice covers all Editor services rendered by EditorPro Solutions Ltd. to Addis Media & Publishing House during the period of 1 March 2025 through 31 May 2025. All work was performed at the client's premises in Ethiopia Addis Ababa unless otherwise noted.
The Editor deliverables include but are not limited to: fully edited manuscripts in Amharic and English, technical documentation for the proprietary Editor software platform, six (6) corporate training videos in 4K resolution, and ten (10) annual Editor software licenses with priority technical support.
All rates are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are inclusive of standard editorial labor. The 15% VAT is applied in compliance with the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA) regulations. The service delivery surcharge accounts for local transportation and material handling within the Addis Ababa metropolitan area.
By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all Editor deliverables and agrees to the payment terms stated herein. Disputes, if any, must be raised in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the Invoice date. This document constitutes a legally binding financial record under the Ethiopian Commercial Code.
EditorPro Solutions Ltd. is registered with the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration, Ethiopia, and operates in full compliance with all local tax and labor regulations in Addis Ababa.
