Invoice Notes & Editor Service Details
This Invoice covers the complete provision, deployment, and annual maintenance of the EditorPro platform for the client's operations in France Marseille. All Editor modules referenced in this Invoice are licensed exclusively for use within the France Marseille metropolitan area and its immediate surrounding departments (Bouches-du-Rhône, Var, and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence). The Editor software suite includes all updates, patches, and security enhancements released during the 12-month contract period. The client acknowledges that the Editor platform is subject to the French data protection regulations (RGPD / GDPR) and that all editorial data processed through the Editor system in France Marseille shall be stored on servers located within the European Union. This Invoice is valid for payment within 30 calendar days from the issue date. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
Terms and Conditions of this Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 01 May 2025 between EditorPro Solutions SARL and Provence Digital Media Group, governing the provision of Editor services in France Marseille.
