Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code. In the event of a dispute regarding the Editor services described in this Invoice, both parties agree to submit the matter to the commercial court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris) for resolution.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice and the Editor Engagement:- This Invoice covers all Editor services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 30 May 2025. Any additional editorial work requested after this period will be invoiced separately.
- All Editor deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's designated representative, M. Laurent Dubois, on 2 June 2025, via signed acceptance form (Ref: ACC-2025-00472-A).
- The Editor services were performed in full compliance with the French Labor Code and the professional standards established by the Syndicat National de l'Édition, based in France Paris.
- Confidentiality obligations under the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA-2025-0198) remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with French tax regulations (Code Général des Impôts, Articles 286–287) and the EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC. The TVA amount is calculated at the standard French rate of 20%.
- Retain this Invoice for your accounting records. A digital copy has been transmitted to the client's finance department via secure email on the date of issue.
