Terms, Conditions & Editorial Notes
This invoice covers all Editor services rendered by Frankfurt Editorial Solutions GmbH to Hessische Medienverlag AG for the period January through June 2025. All editorial work was performed by qualified Editor professionals based in Frankfurt, Germany, in accordance with the master service agreement dated 1 December 2024.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Please reference invoice number FE-2025-04871 in all correspondence.
- All Editor services are subject to the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz) and applicable EU intellectual property regulations. Deliverables remain the property of the client upon full payment.
- The Editor Suite software license is non-transferable and restricted to use at the registered Frankfurt, Germany address. Unauthorized distribution or use outside Germany is prohibited under the license agreement.
- Editorial work performed in Frankfurt, Germany is governed by German law. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved by the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- Late payments are subject to statutory interest at 8% above the European Central Bank base rate, in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
