Invoice Notes and Payment Terms
This Invoice covers all Editor services rendered by EditorPro Solutions GmbH for the period of 1 March 2025 through 31 May 2025. All Editor work was performed in accordance with the contractual agreement (Contract No. CTR-2025-0098) signed between both parties in Germany Munich.
Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the following account: IBAN DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC COBADEFFXXX, Bank: Commerzbank AG, Munich Branch. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00847 in your payment transfer.
In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate will be applied in accordance with § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The Editor services described in this Invoice have been completed and delivered in full, and all deliverables have been accepted by the client's designated project manager.
All Editor personnel assigned to this project are based in Germany Munich and have been engaged in full compliance with German labor regulations, data protection standards (GDPR), and professional editorial guidelines. No sub-contracting was performed outside of the Munich metropolitan area.
