Important Notes & Terms

2. All editorial work was performed at our studio premises located in New Delhi, India, and at the client's designated locations within the National Capital Territory. Travel and accommodation expenses, if any, are included in the rates quoted above.
3. The Editor and all specialist personnel engaged under this Invoice are employees of PixelCraft Editorial Studio. The client shall not be liable for any employment-related obligations.
4. Source code, project files, and raw media remain the intellectual property of the Editor (PixelCraft Editorial Studio) until full and final payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, all deliverables and source files shall be transferred to the client.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
