Invoice Notes & Editor Service Details
This Invoice covers the complete editorial lifecycle for the "Voices of Baghdad" documentary series, from initial Editor assembly of raw footage through final delivery. All Editor work was performed at the Al-Mansour Studio Complex in Iraq Baghdad, in full compliance with the Iraqi Media Commission's broadcast standards and content regulations.
The assigned Editor team operated under the supervision of Ms. Layla Al-Rashid, Senior Editor, who holds a valid Iraqi professional Editor license (ED-IQ-2024-00312) issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Republic of Iraq. All editorial decisions, narrative structures, and final cuts were approved by the client's creative director prior to rendering.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date. Please reference Invoice number MC-ED-2024-00847 on all remittances. Payments may be made via bank transfer to MediaCraft Editorial Solutions, Bank of Baghdad, Branch: Al-Mansour, Account No: 0042-8871-2235-6710, SWIFT: BKBG IQ BB.
Terms & Conditions – Editor Services in Iraq Baghdad
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the editorial services agreement (Contract Ref: ARBG-ED-2025-0042) executed between MediaCraft Editorial Solutions and Al-Rafidain Broadcasting Group, both registered entities operating in Iraq Baghdad.
2. All Editor deliverables, including but not limited to project files, rendered outputs, and intermediate editorial assets, remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Editor team retains no rights to reproduce, distribute, or exhibit the final content without written consent.
3. Any additional Editor revisions beyond the three (3) approved rounds per episode will be invoiced separately at the applicable Editor hourly rate specified in the master service agreement.
4. Late payment on this Invoice will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with Iraqi commercial law applicable to service contracts in Iraq Baghdad.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Editor services rendered will be subject to a re-verification process before any further contractual obligations are recognized.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Editor services shall be resolved through arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq, under the rules of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce.
