Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Editor Studio Tel Aviv Ltd., a registered company in Israel, operating its primary Editor facility in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. All Editor services described herein were rendered in compliance with Israeli labor and tax regulations.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Israeli commercial law.
3. The Editor retains full intellectual property rights to all intermediate files, project timelines, and raw footage stored at the Israel Tel Aviv facility until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, all deliverables and source media will be transferred to the client.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
5. Please reference Invoice number IL-TLV-2025-04871 in all correspondence and remittances. Direct all billing inquiries to the Editor Studio Tel Aviv accounting department.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Editor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated terms.
