Please note that late payments on this Invoice will incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement and in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284). All Editor services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Contract CTR-ED-2025-0089.
Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Editor services rendered by EditorPro Milano S.r.l. during the period of 1 March 2025 through 31 May 2025. All work was performed at our registered office in Italy Milan, Via Torino 42, 20123.
2. The Editor team assigned to this project included one Senior Editor, two Junior Editors, and one Digital Editor specialist. All personnel are employed under Italian labor law and are based in the Italy Milan metropolitan area.
3. The Digital Editor software license (Item 3) is non-transferable and is restricted to use within the client's Italy Milan office premises only. Any relocation of the Editor platform to a different jurisdiction requires a separate written amendment to the contract.
4. All editorial deliverables, including the style guide and Editor reference manual, remain the intellectual property of EditorPro Milano S.r.l. until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with Italian tax regulations (DPR 633/1972) and the electronic invoicing requirements of the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI). A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted to the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) via the SdI platform.
