3. The Editor warrants that all services were performed with the diligence and professional competence expected of a certified editorial professional registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Naples, Italy. Any errors or omissions discovered within 90 days of the final sign-off will be corrected at no additional charge.

4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all Editor services rendered for Project SLV-2025-0091. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts specified herein. Any subsequent editorial work will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.

5. In the event of a dispute regarding the quality or scope of the Editor services, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before the Mediation Board of the Naples, Italy Chamber of Commerce before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

6. All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice and the associated Editor engagement are handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).
