Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by ProEditor Solutions Ltd. for professional Editor services rendered to Société Africaine de Médias et Publications SARL, located in Ivory Coast Abidjan. All Editor services were performed in accordance with the terms outlined in Contract Reference CTR-2025-ED-0312, signed on April 28, 2025.
2. The Editor services described in this Invoice encompass structural editing, line editing, copyediting, proofreading, translation editing, content strategy consulting, editorial training, and digital content optimization. All work was completed and delivered to the client's editorial team in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, by May 31, 2025.
3. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment should be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Ivory Coast commercial law.
4. The Editor services provided under this Invoice are subject to a 14-day revision window from the date of final delivery. Any additional editing requests beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately at the standard Editor rate of 15,000 XOF per hour.
5. All Editor deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. ProEditor Solutions Ltd. retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
6. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Editor services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
