Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by Al-Madina Editorial Studio, a registered professional Editor service provider operating in Kuwait Kuwait City. All editorial work described herein was performed by qualified Editors under the supervision of the Lead Editor, Mr. Khalid Al-Rashidi.
2. The Editor retains all intellectual property rights to editorial methodologies, templates, and proprietary style guides used during the engagement. The client receives full ownership of the edited manuscript upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. All services were rendered in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 02 June 2025, executed in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the scope of work outlined in that agreement.
4. The Editor's work product is subject to a 30-day quality assurance window from the date of final delivery. Any corrections within that window will be addressed at no additional charge, provided they fall within the originally agreed scope.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Editor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and adjudicated in the competent courts of Kuwait City.
7. The Editor confirms that all work was completed in full compliance with Kuwaiti publishing regulations and the Kuwait Press and Publications Law.
