Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SPEI) to the following account:

A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of July 15, 2025, in accordance with Mexican commercial law (Código de Comercio). This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-04871 on all correspondence and remittances.
