Editor Service Description & Scope
This Invoice covers the full engagement of a professional Editor retained by Golden Pagoda Media Group for the preparation, refinement, and finalization of their 2024 Annual Corporate Report. The Editor, Daw Mya Thandar Win, is a certified multilingual content specialist with over twelve years of experience in corporate publishing within Myanmar Yangon and the broader Southeast Asian market.
The Editor was responsible for all stages of the editorial workflow, including initial manuscript review, structural editing, line editing, copyediting, translation verification between Burmese and English, and final proofreading. All Editor services were delivered in accordance with the Myanmar Yangon Publishing Standards Board guidelines and the client's internal style manual. The Editor worked both on-site at the Myanmar Yangon headquarters and remotely during the intensive editing phases, ensuring seamless collaboration with the client's internal team.
This Invoice reflects the total professional fees for the Editor's time, expertise, and deliverables as outlined in the line items above. The Editor's engagement was governed by a Service Agreement dated 20 April 2025, and all work was completed within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area. Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Myanmar Yangon commercial practice.
- All Editor services described in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client's Head of Content Operations as of 14 June 2025.
- Payment is to be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account specified below. International wire transfers from outside Myanmar Yangon must include the reference number YES-2024-0731.
- The Editor retains intellectual property rights over all editorial methodologies, templates, and proprietary editing tools used during the engagement. The client retains full ownership of the final edited content.
- This Invoice is subject to the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon under the Myanmar Arbitration Centre rules.
- A duplicate of this Invoice may be requested by contacting [email protected]. The original Invoice must be retained for the client's tax records in Myanmar Yangon for a minimum of seven (7) years.
