- This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Editor services rendered by Kathmandu Editorial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to Himalayan Publishing House Pvt. Ltd. for the period specified above. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts stated in this Invoice without prior written consent from both parties.
- The Editor services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Nepal Editorial Standards Board guidelines and the professional code of conduct established for publishing professionals operating in Nepal Kathmandu and its surrounding regions.
- All deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been reviewed and approved by the designated Editor, Dr. Anisha Gurung, and meet the quality benchmarks agreed upon in the original service contract dated 1 January 2025.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Nepal Arbitration Act, 2055 (1998). The jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, shall be exclusively applicable.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, the Editor services will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared in full.
- All intellectual property rights in the edited materials remain with the client. The Editor and Kathmandu Editorial Solutions retain the right to reference the completed work in their professional portfolio with the client's written permission.
- This Invoice has been generated in compliance with the Nepal Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2006), and carries the same legal validity as a physical document. A digital copy of this Invoice is acceptable for tax and accounting purposes in Nepal.
