Payment Due: Full payment of $23,826.00 NZD is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025.
Terms and Conditions
- All Editor services described in this Invoice were performed in Wellington, New Zealand, and are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- Payment is to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via bank transfer to the account details specified above. Cheques are not accepted.
- A late payment fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under the New Zealand Late Payment of Debts Rules 2023) will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
- All intellectual property rights in the final edited deliverables transfer to Harbourview Media Productions Ltd upon receipt of full and final payment of this Invoice.
- Wellington Editorial Studio Ltd retains the right to display excerpts of the Editor work in its portfolio and promotional materials, subject to prior written consent from the client.
- This Invoice is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Wellington Editorial Studio Ltd, a registered company in New Zealand (Company No. 6123456), and is issued in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 (New Zealand).
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Editor services shall be resolved through the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand, or by mediation under the New Zealand Disputes Standards.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all Editor services have been completed to the satisfaction of both parties and that the deliverables meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the original service agreement dated 20 April 2025.
