Invoice Notes & Editor's Remarks
- This Invoice reflects all Editor services rendered exclusively within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area during the billing period. No out-of-state or international travel was incurred.
- The Editor confirms that all deliverables meet the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC) technical and content standards applicable to Nigeria Lagos broadcast operators.
- Payment is to be made via bank transfer to: Zenith Bank PLC, Account Name: Adewale Okafor Editorial Studio, Account No: 1014-5587-2231, Branch: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the issue date. The Editor reserves the right to suspend further editorial work upon overdue payment.
- All source files, project timelines, and editorial notes remain the property of the Editor until full settlement of this Invoice is confirmed in writing.
Terms & Conditions — Editor Services Invoice (Nigeria Lagos)
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial record of the professional Editor services provided by Adewale Okafor Editorial Studio to the named client. The Editor's engagement was governed by a separate Service Agreement dated 20 April 2025, executed in Nigeria Lagos.
2. The Editor warrants that all editorial work performed is original, free from intellectual property infringement, and compliant with the Copyright Act of Nigeria (2022 revision) as applicable in Nigeria Lagos.
3. Late payment on this Invoice shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Nigerian Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
4. The Editor shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of the editorial deliverables specified in this Invoice.
5. This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court, Lagos, Nigeria. All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as administered in Nigeria Lagos.
6. The Editor retains the right to display the completed work in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to a 90-day embargo period from the date of final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the client.
