Terms and Conditions

1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Editorial Services Agreement (Contract No. APE-2025-0112) signed between Lima Editorial Studio S.A.C. and Andina Publishing Group S.R.L. on May 1, 2025, in Lima, Peru.

2. All editorial services described herein were performed by a qualified Editor or team of Editors under the supervision of the Lead Editor, Ing. Ricardo Salazar Torres, at our registered office in San Isidro, Lima, Peru, between May 5, 2025, and June 10, 2025.

3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) of Peru, applied monthly.

4. The Editor retains all intellectual property rights over editorial methodologies, annotation systems, and proprietary review frameworks used during the engagement. The client receives full rights to the edited manuscript upon full settlement of this Invoice.

5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code and the Peruvian Commercial Code.

6. This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the issue date. After this period, the Editor reserves the right to reissue the document with applicable adjustments.

7. All amounts are denominated in Peruvian Soles (PEN). The IGV of 18% is included as mandated by the Peruvian tax authority (SUNAT) for services rendered within the national territory of Peru.

The Editor wishes to note that the manuscript "Cronica del Pacifico" required extensive developmental intervention, particularly in Chapters 7 through 14, where narrative pacing and historical accuracy demanded significant restructuring. The final deliverable represents a substantially improved text that meets the publication standards expected by Andina Publishing Group for its premium literary catalog in Peru and the broader Latin American market.

A detailed Editor's Report (47 pages) documenting all changes, suggestions, and editorial decisions has been delivered separately via secure digital transfer. The client is encouraged to review this document alongside the final manuscript before the print run commences in August 2025.
