Terms and Conditions – Invoice for Editor Services, Philippines Manila
- This Invoice is issued by Manila Editorial Studio, a registered business entity operating in Philippines Manila, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Philippine Civil Code.
- All Editor services described herein were performed by qualified editorial professionals based in the Philippines Manila office. The Editor assigned to this project, Mr. James R. Dela Cruz, holds a Master's degree in English Literature from the University of the Philippines and possesses over twelve years of professional editorial experience.
- The client acknowledges that all deliverables produced by the Editor are original work. Any intellectual property rights in the final edited documents transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
