Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice covers all editorial services rendered by the assigned Editor during the delivery period of 1 May 2025 through 14 June 2025. All work was performed at the client's premises in Qatar Doha and at the Al Rayyan Editorial Studio office, unless otherwise noted.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Al Rayyan Commercial Bank, Branch: Doha Main, Account Name: Al Rayyan Editorial Studio WLL, IBAN: QA5800000000000012345678.
Payment Terms: Net 15 days from the date of this Invoice. A 2% early payment discount applies if the full amount is settled within 7 days of issuance. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge as per Qatar commercial law.

Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Qatar Tax Authority regulations and the applicable 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Qatar Doha commercial framework. The Editor services described herein are subject to the master service agreement dated 20 April 2025.
2. All deliverables produced by the Editor are the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of the edited materials is permitted without written consent from Al Rayyan Editorial Studio.
3. The Editor reserves the right to conduct a final quality assurance review within 5 business days of delivery. Any corrections identified during this window will be addressed at no additional cost to the client.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, the Editor may suspend any ongoing or future editorial engagements until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
5. All disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Editor services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
6. This document constitutes the final and complete Invoice for the services described. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
