Notes & Terms Regarding This Editor Invoice
- This Invoice covers all Editor services rendered by MediaCraft Editorial Solutions for the project referenced above, executed in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia between 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025.
- All Editor deliverables have been reviewed and approved by the client's designated representative in Jeddah prior to the issuance of this Invoice. No further editorial revisions are included beyond the three rounds specified in Line Item 2.
- The Editor engagement was conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) content regulations and the Saudi General Authority for Statistics data protection guidelines.
- Any additional Editor work requested after the final approval date of 10 June 2025 will be invoiced separately at the standard hourly rate of 450 SAR per hour.
- All raw footage, project files, and Editor work-in-progress materials remain the intellectual property of Al Noor Media Group LLC upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, a reminder notice will be sent to the billing address in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- For any disputes regarding this Invoice or the Editor services described herein, both parties agree to resolve matters through the Jeddah Commercial Court in accordance with Saudi Arabian law.
