Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Issue Date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as per Saudi Arabian commercial law.
- All Editor services are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025, Contract Reference CTR-2025-0091, executed between both parties in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Intellectual property rights for all edited content, scripts, and deliverables transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
- The Editor team guarantees confidentiality of all client materials. No content, data, or proprietary information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the Issue Date. After this period, the amounts may be subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and cost adjustments.
- All services are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The jurisdiction of courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia shall apply for any legal proceedings.
