Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025.

Late Payment: Overdue amounts on this Invoice will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) in accordance with the Late Payment of Debts Act 3 of 2011, applicable in South Africa Cape Town and nationwide.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding the services rendered by the Editor team or the amounts stated on this Invoice must be raised in writing within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the Invoice terms.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all Editor services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025 for the "Cape Coastline" documentary series. All work was performed by qualified Editor professionals at our primary facility in South Africa Cape Town, Sea Point.
The Editor team confirms that all deliverables have been approved by the client's Creative Director and meet the agreed-upon technical and creative specifications. No further revisions are included in this Invoice. Additional revision requests will be quoted separately.
All intellectual property rights in the final edited content transfer to Atlantic Media Productions (Pty) Ltd upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Editor retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a 90-day embargo period from the public release date.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the South African National Treasury's e-Invoicing guidelines and the Income Tax Act 58 of 1962. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with our records in South Africa Cape Town for a minimum retention period of five (5) years as required by South African tax law.
