- The Editor retains full intellectual property rights over all editorial methodologies, style guides, and proprietary editing frameworks developed during the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in South Africa Johannesburg in accordance with the rules of the South African Dispute Resolution Centre.
