Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Editor services rendered by Seoul Creative Editorial Studio for the period of May 1 through June 10, 2025. All editorial work was performed at our primary facility located in Gangnam-gu, South Korea Seoul, unless otherwise noted in the line-item descriptions.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Please remit payment via bank transfer to: IBK Bank, Account No. 012-345-678901, Holder: Seoul Creative Editorial Studio Co., Ltd., Branch: Gangnam, South Korea Seoul.
3. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of July 12, 2025, in accordance with South Korean commercial invoicing regulations.
4. All Editor deliverables, including project files, proxies, and final masters, have been transferred to the client via secure cloud storage. The client acknowledges receipt of all materials as of June 10, 2025.
5. This Invoice is subject to the Master Service Agreement dated March 15, 2025, between Seoul Creative Editorial Studio and Han River Media Productions Co., Ltd. Any disputes regarding the scope of Editor services or billing amounts shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, South Korea Seoul.
6. The VAT amount listed is calculated in compliance with the National Tax Service of the Republic of Korea. A tax invoice (세금계산서) will be issued separately upon request and attached to this Invoice for the client's accounting records.
7. Should the client require additional Editor revisions beyond the agreed-upon three revision rounds per episode, supplementary charges will be invoiced separately at the applicable hourly rate specified in the Master Service Agreement.
