Notes & Remarks
This invoice covers all editorial services rendered by Barcelona Editorial Solutions S.L. to Mediterranean Publishing Group S.A. during the period of 1 March 2025 through 31 May 2025. All Editor assignments were fulfilled in accordance with the master service agreement dated 1 January 2025, registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry.
The Editor personnel listed in this invoice were engaged under Spanish labor law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) and all applicable Catalan regional regulations governing freelance and contracted editorial professionals in Barcelona, Spain.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to: CaixaBank – IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332 – BIC/SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-04871 in your payment remittance.
As per Spanish tax regulations (Ley General Tributaria), this invoice is issued in compliance with the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT) requirements for commercial transactions conducted within the municipality of Barcelona, Spain.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004), currently 8.5% per annum above the European Central Bank reference rate.
2. All Editor services are subject to the confidentiality and intellectual property clauses outlined in the master service agreement. Deliverables produced by the Editor remain the property of Mediterranean Publishing Group S.A. upon full settlement of this invoice.
3. Disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Spanish Civil Code.
4. This invoice is valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
5. The Editor services described herein are non-refundable once commenced. Cancellation fees as per the master agreement apply to any services terminated before completion.
