1. This Invoice constitutes the final and binding statement of all Editor services rendered by Nile Editorial Solutions Ltd. to Al-Andalus Publishing House during the period of 1 June 2025 through 15 June 2025, all conducted within the jurisdiction of Sudan Khartoum.
2. All Editor services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the professional editorial standards established by the Sudan Khartoum Editorial Board and the International Council of Editorial Professionals. The Editor assigned to each task held valid professional credentials recognized in Sudan Khartoum.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with commercial regulations applicable in Sudan Khartoum.
4. All intellectual property rights in the edited materials remain with the client. The Editor and Nile Editorial Solutions Ltd. retain no claim over the content, structure, or expression of the final documents produced in Sudan Khartoum.
5. This Invoice is subject to the commercial laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Editor services it documents shall be resolved through arbitration in Sudan Khartoum under the rules of the Khartoum Chamber of Commerce.
6. The client acknowledges that the Editor services listed herein were delivered in full and to the satisfaction of the client's project manager as of 14 June 2025. No further editorial revisions are included in this Invoice unless a separate amendment is executed.
7. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Editor services and associated charges may be subject to re-evaluation based on prevailing rates in Sudan Khartoum.
