Invoice Notes & Editorial Terms

1. This Invoice covers all professional Editor services rendered by Alpine Editorial Studio AG during the period of March 2025 through June 2025. All editorial work was conducted at our registered office in Switzerland Zurich, Bahnhofstrasse 42, 8001 Switzerland Zurich, Canton of Zurich.

2. The Editor services listed above include but are not limited to: structural editing, copyediting, proofreading, fact-checking, style guide compliance, content strategy consultation, and final editorial sign-off. Each deliverable was reviewed and approved by a designated Senior Editor before submission to the client.

3. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Please remit payment via bank transfer to: UBS AG, IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 7, BIC: UBSW CHZH 3XX, Reference: CH-ZRH-2025-04871. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate of 5% per annum as governed by Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104).

4. All rates quoted in this Invoice are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT rate of 7.7% is applied in accordance with the Swiss Federal Tax Administration regulations for services rendered in Switzerland Zurich. As both the Editor (service provider) and the client are registered VAT entities within the Canton of Zurich, the reverse-charge mechanism does not apply to this Invoice.

5. The Editor retains full intellectual property rights over all editorial methodologies, style guides, and proprietary editing frameworks developed during the engagement. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the edited content as delivered. Any republication or redistribution of the Editor's work requires prior written consent from Alpine Editorial Studio AG, Switzerland Zurich.

6. Should the client require additional Editor services beyond the scope of this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a minimum 5-business-day notice. All additional editorial work will be billed at the same hourly rates specified in the line items above unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying editorial services agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland Zurich, Canton of Zurich. The Editor and the client agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
