Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement (Contract No. CTR-EDS-2025-031) executed between EditorPro Solutions Ltd. and Mwamba Publishing House, both registered in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
2. All editorial services described herein were delivered by qualified Editor professionals operating from our registered office in Dar es Salaam. The Editor software licenses are non-transferable and restricted to the named users at the client's Dar es Salaam premises.
3. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with the Tanzania Commercial Law and the terms stipulated in the master service agreement.
4. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Editor software licenses and support entitlements will be suspended until payment is confirmed.
5. All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes as mandated by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA). VAT registration number: 123-456-789-000.
6. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the Commercial Court in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with Tanzanian law.
