Invoice Notes & Editor Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Bangkok Creative Media Co., Ltd. for professional Editor services rendered in Thailand Bangkok during the service period specified above. The Editor, Khun Nattapong Chaiyasit, performed all post-production work from the company's dedicated editing suite located in the Khlong Toei Nuea district of Bangkok, Thailand.
- All Editor deliverables were completed in accordance with the creative brief provided by Siam Digital Productions Ltd. and approved final cuts were delivered via secure cloud transfer within 48 hours of the final review session held in Bangkok.
- The Editor utilized industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects, all licensed for commercial use within Thailand.

Payment & Invoice Terms
Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account below. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law.

Any dispute regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. The Editor and the service provider reserve the right to suspend ongoing work if payment is not received by the due date. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all Editor deliverables are original work created specifically for the client and that the Editor grants a full commercial license for use in Thailand and internationally, subject to the terms of the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025.
