Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all Editor services rendered by Meridian Digital Solutions Ltd. to Bosphorus Media Group A.Ş. during the service period specified above. All work was performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025.
2. The Editor Pro Suite software licenses (Ref 03) are non-transferable and are registered to the client's Turkey Istanbul office address. Any relocation of the Editor workstations to a different city or country requires a separate licensing agreement and additional fees.
3. All Editor personnel assigned to this engagement are employees or contracted freelancers of Meridian Digital Solutions Ltd. and are subject to Turkish labor law. The client is not responsible for any employment-related obligations.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant regulations of the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı). A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested by contacting our billing department.
5. The Editor training workshop (Ref 04) was conducted in Turkish and English. All training materials, including Editor Pro Suite user manuals and workflow documentation, have been delivered in both languages to the client's designated representative in Turkey Istanbul.
6. Should any dispute arise regarding the services described in this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
