Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued by Meridian Editorial Solutions LLC, a licensed entity registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and governs all professional Editor services rendered during the billing period specified above.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with UAE commercial practice.
3. All Editor deliverables, including but not limited to edited manuscripts, video files, and processed images, shall be transferred to the client via secure digital delivery within five (5) business days of final approval.
4. The Editor services described in this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated 1 April 2025, executed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Courts.
5. All intellectual property rights in the final edited materials shall transfer to the client upon full and complete payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, Meridian Editorial Solutions LLC retains all rights as the Editor of record.
6. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable regulatory changes in the United Arab Emirates tax framework.
