Notes and Terms
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) has been applied as per the UAE VAT Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017). All Editor services described herein are fully taxable supplies within the jurisdiction of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025, in compliance with the commercial practices of the United Arab Emirates.
3. All Editor software licenses are non-transferable and are registered to the client entity Al Noor Media Group FZ-LLC, Dubai Internet City, United Arab Emirates. Any change in ownership or relocation of the Editor deployment outside the UAE requires prior written consent from EditorPro Solutions LLC.
4. The Editor Cloud Collaboration Module data is hosted exclusively on servers located within the United Arab Emirates to ensure full compliance with UAE data protection and residency requirements. No data will be transferred outside the country without explicit client authorization.
5. This invoice constitutes a valid tax document for the purposes of VAT input tax credit claims in the United Arab Emirates. The client is advised to retain this document for a minimum period of five (5) years as mandated by UAE tax law.
6. For any disputes regarding this invoice or the Editor services rendered, both parties agree to resolve matters through the Dubai Courts or, at the client's option, through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
7. EditorPro Solutions LLC reserves the right to update Editor software versions, security patches, and feature releases at no additional cost during the subscription period. Major version upgrades will be communicated to the client at least thirty (30) days in advance.
