1. Payment Deadline: The full amount stated on this Invoice, £11,364.00 (eleven thousand three hundred and sixty-four pounds sterling), is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Editor’s designated account in Birmingham, United Kingdom, as detailed in the payment instructions below.
2. Late Payment: In the event that payment is not received by the due date, the Editor reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
3. Disputes: Any disputes regarding the scope of editorial services or the amounts itemised on this Invoice must be raised in writing to the Editor within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
